Initial Idea.

My initial idea was to create a simple pixel art game that would incorporate the Low-Res Program.

My idea was based on the “Shovel Knight Dig” game.

Where each stage is a different concept and the at the end of each stage there is a boss who the “knight” has to defeat.

students as background characters, enemies, or merchants.

Talking with Sarah

In my meeting with Sarah, we talked about some of my hobbies, the types of games I like, and what social media platforms I am regularly on.

I love scrolling through Pinterest every day and saving different outfits. I told her that I particularly like vintage clothing in the ’60s, 70’s, and 80’s.

We also talked about how I could incorporate fashion into my thesis. Maybe a pixel art comic that is interactive and involves fashion (maybe one that includes a certain time period and why a particular type of fashion was popular then).

What Software Am I Using?

Since I am a beginner at pixel art and games I am using:

<aside> 📂 GDevelop 5 - create sprites and construct the game.
